We offer free Carer or Personal Assistant tickets - please email us to organise your booking with a complimentary ticket in advance.

We offer lift access to the Main House venue by the North Road entrance - you can ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs in the courtyard to ask for assistance.
Our Downstairs venue is step free via a ramp across a cobbled courtyard.
The Studio (formerly StageSpace) is not step-free or wheelchair accessible.
We have Accessible & Gender Neutral Toilets.
There are hearing loop systems available - please let us know by email in advance if you would like to use the hearing loop system and approach Front of House on arrival at the venue.
Please note hearing loops are temporarily unavailable in all our venues until Friday 9th September.
Guide or Assistance Dogs are welcome - please let us know in advance if you need us to look after your dog during the show.
The Foyer Bar is wheelchair accessible and is open before and after the show.
The Box Office is wheelchair accessible, has hearing loops and a lowered counter.
The accessible toilet is on the same level as the Main House.
