A Pleasance Scratch

Applications now closed for Autumn

The Pleasance is proud to support a large number of developing artists every year through our various Pleasance Futures initiatives, and this is an opportunity for you to have the first glimpse at what these talented theatre makers are creating next.

How to apply:

• Our next scratch will be a double bill across two evenings on Monday 6th and Monday 13th November 2023
• Applications are now closed
• Email [email protected] with any questions

Each project should:

• Provide a 10 minute extract for the Scratch evening
• Provide any props the performance requires
• Provide all technical requirements with as much notice as possible
• Be available during the day, on the day of the event, for tech.

We provide:

• Mentoring and support from our team
• A slot in our Cabaret Main House theatre to share your 10 minute piece of theatre work-in-progress with an audience and get their feedback
• Professional photos of your performance
• Basic technical support and operator for the performance
• Rehearsal space at Pleasance London
